Feeding

Please pre-portion your dog’s food into individual sealed bags, with one bag per feeding.

If food is not pre-portioned:

  • $2 per feeding for staff to portion food
  • $1 additional per feeding for mixing wet and dry food

Pleasant Paws in-house food: $1.75 per feeding

No raw food is accepted.

For boarding dogs who do not eat, food is generally removed after the meal period as we encourage dogs to follow the facility feeding schedule.

If a dog has not eaten for three consecutive meals, staff may leave the food available overnight.

Owners whose dogs routinely graze should discuss this with staff before the stay.
